Welcome to our help article on editing your user profile for our web platform. In just a few simple steps, you'll learn how to edit your profile and ensure that it has your accurate information. Your profile consists of your name, phone number(s), email, address, and notification preferences. All of these fields are editable after the fact. Your password may also be changed from this screen.
To change your phone number: Simply edit the text with the correct phone number you wish to receive notifications to. Be sure to NOT use dashes. Only numbers are accepted in this field.
To change your password: Simply type in your new password into the "password" field.
To change your address: Type in your correct address for which you wish to receive notifications based on. When you start typing, our system will help validate your address based on information provided by Google Maps. If the system is unable to validate your address, try using an address as near to you as possible that Google does recognize.
To change notification preferences: Check (or uncheck) the boxes that correspond to the type of notifications you wish to receive. Your notification preferences can be changed here at any time.
To save your updated information, click the "Update Info" button. You're done!
