This tab is where all of your end users are stored; we call them Residents. Residents can of course be business owners or other constituents as well. Residents will typically enroll into the system on their own either via a link you will provide them or by QR code. The registration process will ask them for the name, email, phone number(s), email, address, and notification preference (email, SMS, automated call). They will then agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before being granted access to the system. Manual entry of residents may be necessary in certain situations, such as assisting non-tech-savvy individuals. We offer three notification options, including voicemail for universal accessibility. When adding Residents manually, you can fill them out individually or upload a CSV file to bulk upload. It is imperative to have their consent when subscribing them to notifications.
