Whether you're a new user or returning to access your account, this guide will provide you with a concise overview of the login process. Step 1:
Start by clicking on the "Log In" tab on the top menu bar.
Step 2:
Enter your email address that was used when you registered. If you forgot your email address, simply contact the Municipality you are registering an account with, or quickly make a new account.
Step 3:
Enter your password. Passwords are case sensitive. If you forgot your password follow the link at the bottom right of the screen to reset your password. Your Municipality who sent you an invite to register can also help with password resets if necessary, but try on your own first for the fastest help. We can not reset passwords via our ticket or support systems as this information is kept secure.
Step 4:
Check the box to accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Accepting our terms is a requirement to gain access into the platform. We keep the most updated version on our website at all times.
Step 5:
Login! Hit the login button and you'll be on your way to accessing the most up to date project details available.
