Manage Projects Tab

Created by James Reitz, Modified on Sat, 28 Sep at 3:24 PM by James Reitz

On this screen, you can manage your projects. Your account subscription is based on number of Active Projects you can display at one time. Both "Projects" and "Posts" count toward this limit.

A QR code is generated as a way for you to quickly enroll Resident Users into the platform. To use a QR code, click on it to bring up a larger view, then right click and select either COPY or SAVE IMAGE to use later. Note, the QR code takes them directly to your Resident Portal Sign Up/Log In Screen. They will still have to select the project they wish to subscribe to after enrolling into the system. We recommend using these on public mailers, post cards, or on your website to take people to your Resident Portal.

Creating a Project

This screen is where you will input all of the information about the project.

  • Team Members - This is who has access to manage the project. Their name will not auto-populate under the Staff section of the project.
  • Staff Members - Recognize everyone who is part of your project by adding them here! Don't forget to also add your Team Member here.
  • Title - Use a title that accurately describes the project. Residents will be using this title to find your project on the portal.
  • Description - Here is where you will want to provide details about what your project will entail. You may also wish to add information about what to expect for trash pickup, mail delivery, parking information, etc..
  • Project Type - We recommend having general project categories such as Drainage, Concrete Repairs, Asphalt Paving, or whatever you choose!
  • Project Number - Help users accurately identify the project by including a project number in this field.
  • Project Cost - When inputting a project cost, do not add a $ sign as one is already programmed to lead this number when displayed on the Resident Portal.
  • Contractor - This list will populate with Contractors that you have on your Manage Contractors Tab. Their information will not be displayed to Residents.
  • Start/End Date - Indicate what the timeframe of the project is here. These dates are able to be changed if needed.
  • Location - Enter an address within your project limits to orient the map to the correct project location. This will help orient markers for your resident when they enroll into the platform. It is very important to have an accurate location here.
  • Image - Here you will pick an image that will be a placeholder for the project on the Resident Portal. We think neighborhood signs or other identifying information are nice to have here!
  • Document - You may choose to upload a set of plans for the public to view here.
