Everything about the Admin Panel

Your admin panel is your complete source to keeping residents informed. The information on this interface is used to populate information for your Resident Portal users. Since we host everything in the cloud, you're able to access your admin panel anywhere you have an internet connection and on any device. See below for information on the various features of the admin panel.


Dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a high level overview of your account including total number of Team Members, number of projects, and number of open complaints. This screen is also where you will see system messages (when necessary) such as any system outages, upcoming subscription expirations, etc..



Manage Team

Manage Project Staff / Contractors

Here you will hold a directory of all of your staff. When building a project for the Public to see, you'll select who took part of creating it, show them off! Manage Contractors

On the Manage Contractors screen, you can add any Contractors that you commonly work with. When creating a project later on, you will select who the Contractor is which will be displayed to your residents. Manage Projects

Manage Gallery

Manage Project Updates

This is where you're going to provide your Residents all the details! Residents want to know details of what's going and why their road is closed. Manage Resources

Manage Complaints

Streamline project issue resolution by utilizing our platform's complaint feature in the Resident Portal. Residents can submit complaints with contact details, issue address, photo, and description, enabling efficient problem-solving without unnecessary field visits while tracking issue status. Manage Residents

This is the screen where you will manage all of your end users which we call Residents. On this screen you can view a map with their geo-tagged accounts, view contact information, change passwords, or change notification preferences.
